Here is the test for guest to speak, Upinde you can delete this if you want, just testing to see if they could talk, and see what they have to do to talk, really lengthy process, but hey it's guest they need to make an account to join.

Heres is what I had to do
Give my guest name a name
Accept the Terms Of Policy and what not
I had to make sure I wasn't a bot and do one of those things where you type what you see
The rest is normal Subject, Message, etc
